Schloss Thalheim

The experience was exceptional. Due to low season, the hotel was very quiet and calm. Travelling with two small children, we appreciated mostly that we weren't disturbing anyone with our kids being loud. The staff was friendly, the room spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious. The thing I appreciate the most was their attention when it came to my kids allergy. I informed them in advance and both for dinner and breakfast there were plenty of options available for them. Big plus

Only thing I could find I tiny flaw in, that the bedrooms can't be fully darkened. Every room had a small window without curtains. Really only an issue if you are trying to convince your toddler to take a nap at lunchtime and they are used to sleeping in dark rooms

Thalheim Castle is more specialized in events and therefore only offers a few rooms for travelers.All the more you try to respond to the individual wishes of the guests.For example, the sauna area was only put into operation every evening for me and a gourmet dinner for two, despite the closed restaurant, was organized for us.Recommendation for travelers who appreciate a stay in a pleasant environment and are willing to drive a little longer to experience the highlights in Vienna and the surrounding area.

Everything!Beautiful beautiful environment, tàj, silence, you can walk to go- Wonderful park!The room was very comfortable, big shower, fantastic bed!We slept very good!I traveled with my mother, breakfast was abundant and very delicious, we ate divine cuisine in the restaurant, wines were delicious;) we were massage, it was also very pleasant;) staff was very kind, helpful and friendly!We'll definitely go back :)

We were able to take our dog with us, admire the wonderful park and the ancient trees.We have a coffee on the sunny terrace in the morning, with a view of the countryside, in wonderful weather, and also served good wine from the extremely hard -working women both on arrival and later evening!

Nobody knew about the wine spring that took place in this region and this WE.e.g. bus routes etc.

All.Breakfast with little care in a sumptuous setting.The impression is that you are in its dining room in its private castle.We will come back with pleasure.We made a detour to the CCA motorway.15 km when on a long trip to take a break and we will come back next time also for a concert and dinner in the castle.Beds are ultra comfortable.Staff are very kind and attentive.

The castle is not a common tourist hotel rather an event location.We were there during the week and hold the only guests, we found it great.The whole area with the building is super well maintained.The staff very nice and courteous

The property is in the middle of the country, unfortunately you always need a car if you want to eat outside the hotel.

Location in the middle of nowhere where you can certainly enjoy relax and quiet castle gardens. Nicely renovated rooms. Genius loci of sleeping in the castle.

Restaurant closed because of low season, the closest option is 6 km pizza (good) or 15 km Sankt Pölten. Breakfast ok but overpriced.

The large and beautifully decorated Slotpark, the spacious interior of both room and the other spaces, the restaurant, competent and friendly/helpful staff.

This is a real palace that makes conferences and weddings.The small room like pictures in Boxing.The hotel has stunning gardens.Wates a very pampered and delicious morning.The team is lovely.Have a sauna

Zahdenné environment, very quiet location.Lots of parking spaces.The only thing I would expect at a relatively high price from accommodation is breakfast included - it was missing.

Friendly helpful staff, historical building, air conditioning at over 30 degrees outside temperature (unfortunately not noiseless), calm, garden design
