Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Westend

The location of the hotel was great to attend an event in the festival hall.We were warmly greeted and got a clean, spacious and well -equipped room.The beds were also very comfortable for my feeling and the view of the skyline is wonderful.We were kindly allowed to stay in the room for a little longer because it was not needed, we also thought that was great!+ The underground car park is also good because it saves you the search car park.

Unfortunately you could not switch off the air conditioning system and the underground car park is a bit too expensive for me personally at € 29 a night.

Rooms (1-bed room apartment) was decent in size and clean

Although a parking garage was mentioned in the description. the capacity was very limited and we were not allocated a parking spot and had to park in a the shopping mall next to the hotel. We were traveling as a family and booked 2 rooms, I made a request 1 week before arrival for an adjacent rooms, unfortunately, we were provided with 2 rooms in 2 different floors !!

The apartment was very close to the exhibition centre hence was easy for us to commute. The apartment had a kitchenette and a washing machine which was helpfull.

The apartment was too crammed for 3 adults to share. The hotel policy did not include cleaning daily. It was only once in 3 days that too the basic cleaning which had to be booked in advance, without changing the bed linens.

Close to the city center next to the mall, the Internet is fast, the staff, a room, and a lounge with the cooking tools, the bed washing machine is comfortable.

Jetter does not prevent the entry of the sun unfortunately, especially a very short night, about 6 hours, only the channels of Germany, the price of the apartment is expensive at the level of decoration and place

Really nice apartment for a family. There was enough room and it was ok to cook a small dinner. The location is just next the mall. Good service. Were very helpful. The apartment was equipped, kitchen was with almost everything.

We stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning service. Not sure if it is on purpose or not. I would be happy with emptying pur trash.

It's spacious and clean.I was comfortable while staying with a dishwasher and a washing machine.There is a big shopping mall right next to it and a large supermarket in it, so I could buy fruit bread.

I hope you have fans and oil in the kitchen.I want to be brighter because there is a central light.

The hotel is nice, everything is available in the room. Also, its location is good. There is a mall and a supermarket nearby. I recommend it for work or families

The bar closes early. After we return from work and meetings, we need an hour to relax with friends at the bar, but it is closed.

The design is beautiful and the large spacious rooms.Breakfast was also excellent.

You have to pay a fee for early check if you want to check in before 3 p.m.I don't know that from any hotel and I am not well received by guests.Is only € 10, but still no hotel has requested it.

Room: Outsdanding! Very clean and organized, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast: Excelent choices but wish that you had toast and home fry potatoes Location: Very near Messe Frankfurt and very convenient!

The appearance of the hotel was nice.

- Toaster didnt work properly - Microwaveoven didnt work - Bed was okay, but the pillows were really bad - complications with the late checkout ( bad communication )

The security was solid and I was able to stay with confidence.It was good that the staff guided when the fire siren rang and evacuated outside the hotel.I'm glad I stayed at a good hotel.

Breakfast is very delicious.The location is convenient near the center.

The door of the washing machine was broken and it couldn't open, but the hotel person responded immediately.

The location is good next to a shopping centre and walking distance to the botanic garden. Great breakfast and good size room

General wear and tear in the room could be fixed up

The table and floor flow could have been cleaned better, because there were still food to see spots

Bed was super comfy, location was great only a short walk to train station, staff were very nice

I wasn’t overly impressed with the buffet breakfast for the price you pay.

The policy of cleaning the rooms has been changed from my day to three days, and if it does not fit, I expect some Gulf families

Everything is good. Good location. The room is clean. Friendly staff. Allowed late check out by an hour. A big surprise is the kids bed.
