I rarely say I liked everything about any service. This is mainly because I have extensive experience in providing face-to-face services. However, this time, I was just astounded by how exceptional, efficient and well-trained the staff at the hotel was. They were friendly and quick, and a great mix of mature and young team members working together was so good to see. The hotel and the service exceeded my expectations by a mile, and my family loved it. Travelling with a small child is always complicated, and you do not know what to expect at hotels. But my child enjoyed it and had a great time! The professional service, clean room, comfy beds, large bathroom, massive lounge area, and excellent breakfast made it an unbeatable combination! Keep it up!

Make up of room only every other day. I am okay with this is the information is stated before booking. Confronted with the information during the stay is much like a cold shower. Although for us not a concern, don't expect any support with luggage during check-in / check-out, as it is a typical airport hotel. You are on your own, if this is not what you want or expect, go elsewhere. Breakfast needs better arrangement indicating the type of meat that is being presented during the buffet. One of the staff members could not tell the difference between chicken and pork.

A transport option to the airport is required at dawn;The option they have is from 6:00 am, but, for most international flights it must be reached to the earlier airport

Clean room with desk and lounge chair, nice breakfast bar, compact bathroom. Windows open, so you can get some fresh air. Keep in mind, you are at the airport :)

The advertised shuttle is an extra charge and doesn't run all day. One needs to be aware and pay attention to the schedule and the messages the hotel provides.

The reception staff are very helpful. Sophia was extremely helpful and respectful. God bless her. Overall my one day stay was good. Would have been better if the airport shuttle could drop us in the hotel compound, since I was carrying a lot a luggage. Breakfast was excellent.

Expected more amenities at this cost

We were able to book a shuttle bus to the airport via the hotel.The bus put us directly at our terminal.That was very practical.The chip cost 6 euros per person.Never had such a brisk and uncomplicated check-in!Thank you!Breakfast was sufficient and good.Good coffee!

There was nothing to complain about.

I like that there were italian and asian restaurants within walking distance, walked over to Terminal 2 in 15 minutes, a comfortable sleep, firm mattress, and breakfast was very good. They actually have face towels, which was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

Great staff and high CP value. Will recommend to friends. Walking time to Terminal 2 of FRA is around 15 minutes and you can take sky train to T1 as follow.

A fire alarm but firemen came very soon and prove to be false one. Sensitivity of elevator is not so good.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Ausstattung, junges und sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer etwas klein, aber um einen Zwischenstopp einzulegen völlig ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet war super abwechslungsreich und richtig gut bestückt. Kaffee war mega lecker ?

No shuttle for early flights but they did arrange for a taxi to takes us to the airlines so worked out
