Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt

Dit is duidelijk een zakenhotel, zeker voor de prijzen die gevraagd worden. Wij waren op doorreis en moe. Het ligt ver van het centrum, stil en het , door de receptie, aanbevolen restaurant was gesloten op zaterdag en zondag. Daarom in de bar van hotel gedineerd. Dit was een aanfluiting. Een glas rosé 14 euro ?. Een (middelmatige) hamburger 32 euro. Het eten en ook de bediening waren kwalitatief ver beneden peil. De kamer was mooi, heerlijk bed en schoon, maar voor 220 euro incl ontbijt sterk overgewaardeerd. Geen stopcontact in badkamer… ? Prachtig uitzicht, dat wel. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Mooie parkeergarage onder het hotel, (28 euro per nacht). Voor ons was dit hotel eenmalig.

I really liked the room, a nice bed, a good bathroom, new furniture, it was on the 14th floor, a beautiful view.

I did not know that parking in the Radisson underground garage costs an additional 28 € per day!I consider this amount exaggerated for guests of the hotel.When I arrived, it was raining heavy, and I had to either park on the street on the road and walk to the hotel, or stay in the underground parking.I do not think that it is right to take money for parking in a hotel of this level.Also, the gym is not the most clean and repaired.I liked breakfast, the restaurant itself is not at the hotel.The food is mediocre.

The hotel is clean, modern, has a small indoor pool and sauna.The breakfast was great.

The light was broken in the bathroom.The reception could not be reached via the phone in the room.I had forgotten something and wanted to call the hotel a day later.However, it is not possible.The line is simply interrupted.There was no answer to my email either.Unfortunately not good service for such a expensive hotel.

Nice room, well noise (upper floor).Very good breakfast, high-quality loose tea from Ronnefeldt, freshly prepared egg dishes, overall very good.

The self-check-in does not work at all.4 empty terminals and a snake with the only employee.The food in the restaurant was also not a highlight for the juicy prices and I would definitely not eat there again.The service was good.

The design of the hotel is great, great equipment, everything was very comfortable.The bathrooms are also clean.

Only kettle with soluble coffee in the premium room, although something else is on the description and there was still some garbage from the predecessor in the trash can.The staff at the bottom could also have been friendlier.

I would like to say that this hotel offers an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options. The gym on the top floor is fantastic, and I used it every day. A special mention to Adran at the front desk, who was very friendly and provided me with a lot of help. I am very grateful to him."

The hotel completely fulfills all expectations.Very clean and friendly staff.Wishes are fulfilled immediately.

Unfortunately, cash is dispensed with and everything should be billed via the card.Even in the restaurant, a menu is dispensed with.The cell phone does not always have to be in use.

Not all previously expressed wishes were fulfilled (bottle of sparkling wine was missing) The room did not seem very prepared, there was no bathrobes, extra bed was not opened, pillow, cover for extra bed

The air conditioning was defective in two rooms and it was too cold.The third room was then warm, but had considerable maintenance in comparison to the other.The in -house technician only spoke a few chunks of German.

Fabulous breakfast, perfect location delicious china restaurant for the corner.Room with a great view.Spa swimming pool and sauna very nice on the 18 floor.The hotel or chain would be recommended in every city.

It was very clean and had very nice facilities and parking on property. Denis was a huge help as well at check in and had great customer service as well as the breakfast attendants.
