Cozy furnished - perfect for 2 people!Kitchen (except for little things such as blunt cutting knives and missing space for supplies) well equipped for any request for cooking.Bed linen and towels are sufficient.Washing machine (without detergent) available.Quiet location with private, barely visible pool.Great outdoor fireplace (at the same time the grilling option) - wood is not provided, can be obtained at the petrol station in the village (€ 12 per sack).Nice seating in the entire outdoor area, which is very nicely and well -kept.WLAN works well, but rather only near the house.On the whole we had a very nice and relaxed stay!

The biggest shortcoming for us: missing mosquito net in the master bedroom.Therefore, no possibility to open the windows - mosquitoes can be expected from sunset in May (which of course is also due to the situation in the hills).Air conditioning spit out black dirt particles for 2 days (probably due to the long corona break).But you could have checked before renting.Pool was only cleaned twice in 2 weeks of stay, the upper terrace only once.Too little, because because of the many trees and bushes there is of course a lot of leaves and a lot of dirt is worn into the house.Unfortunately only brooms and shovels and wipers are available for cleaning in the house (no dust crescent).Completely unsuitable for the absorption of hair (e.g. in the bathroom).Hair had to be removed from the broom by hand - very unsanitary.If you only stay a few days, that's certainly insignificant, but with 2 weeks you want to clean a little.It would also have been nice if you had offered a short intermediate cleaning during longer stays.

The villa was very secluded and beautifully located - we were completely alone for ourselves.Just as we wanted it.Despite everything, the villa is within walking distance of the beautiful town of Calvia with great restaurants and bars in the center.The outside area of ​​the villa was fantastic and the view from the bedroom was hard to survive.The landlord Tony and Naika were very helpful and always available.All in all a very recommendable accommodation.

From time to time it smelled uncomfortably in the bathroom and the living room does not invite you to linger.The internet was unstable, not suitable for working.

We were already in Villa Magdalena in 2020 and we liked it very much this time.The calm is wonderful and yet in 5 minutes in Calvià and in 15 minutes in Santa Ponça or Palmanova you can buy.There is a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (suitable capsules are available from Lidl, Eroski and Mercadona) fridge with a large freezer ... Otherwise the kitchen offers everything you need on vacation.The outside area is very beautiful, with a large dining table, lounge, pool area with loungers and table as well as a covered grill house with a large dining table.

The villa is absolutely calm and lonely in the forest, about 10 minutes on foot in the town center of Calvia.It is a beautiful rural Spanish place with very little tourism.The house was very enthusiastic, everything was great, well equipped with cleaning agents, towels, various kitchen utensils and even a number of spices were free.We particularly liked the various terraces, especially the covered grill terrace, here too was firewood, grill grate ect.available.

Nothing could have been better.

Nice house, almost everything present (even washing powder and tablets for the dishwasher).Lots of nice places outside.Access to the swimming pool was closed with a gates, ideal when you have little children.

We had problems with the internet and with the water, but in both cases this was resolved very quickly by the host.

Villa Magdalena is situated about a 5/10 min walk from the quaint village of Calvia, which has a couple of restaurants- a shop and so on. The Villa is stunning, I cant wait to go again in slightly warmer months so I can make better use of the gorgeous outdoor areas. Couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

This was self catering accommodation. We made breakfast every morning with a very well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed was supplied.

It was early in the year and the pool temperature was not the bath temperature I would prefer!! This in no way detracted from the superb peace we enjoyed.

The villa had a lovely interior, gardens and pool. Just a short walk to really nice restaurants in Calvia village. A short car trip to the beach at Palmanova which was quiet and clean (off-season coronatimes).

Great quiet location, very nicely laid out.Everything is very well maintained.

The drain in the bathroom sometimes smells strong.Sometimes more sometimes less.Bathroom rather small, but sufficient.

Very calm almost secluded location.Many seating outside on the terrace and by the pool.Very nice outdoor fireplace with seating and grilling.

The equipment of the kitchen could be better.

Have been in the house several times.We like the quiet location and the different outside areas.Gladly come back.
