Traumhaft schönes Haus in Alleinlage. Ohne nervige und laute Nachbarn. Kein Lärm, kein Stress. - Der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Reinigungskraft 'Chrisa' und der Hauseigentümerin 'Tsampika'. Sie waren jederzeit sofort erreichbar (WhtsApp). Haben bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet und waren dabei immer freundlich und geduldig. - Bei unserer Ankunft gab es als Willkommensgeschenk Wein, paar Flaschen kaltes Wasser, Wassermelone ?, Kaffee usw. Auf meine Frage / Bitte, ob wir auch einen Sonnenschirm kriegen könnten, hat die Chrisa auch das uns zur Verfügung gestellt. - Die Klimaanlage war bei den warmen Temperaturen wirklich goldwert. So konnten wir in der Nacht sehr entspannt schlafen. Es gab in 2 Schlafzimmern 2 Klimaanlagen. - Der kurze Gehweg zum Stegna-Strand (2-3 Minuten zu Fuß). - Alle wichtigen Haushalts- und Küchengeräte waren vorhanden (z.B. Flachbildfernseher, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Besteck, Gläser, Grill). - Zwei sehr schöne Aussenterrassen (vorne und hinten) mit Tischen und Stühlen. - Der traumhaft schöne Blick zu den Bergen. - Als Abschiedsgeschenk gab es von Chrisa eingelegte Orangen. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank Chrisa.

Der grösste Kritikpunkt war die Dusche ?. Es kam wirklich extrem wenig Wasser heraus. Es war unmöglich im Haus zu duschen. Zum Glück gab es aber eine Aussendusche. Die war richtig gut. Im ganzen Haus kommt ausreichend viel Wasser, also egal ob in der Küche, Waschbecken im Badezimmer, nur nicht in der Dusche. Es ist also möglich, dieses Problem zu beheben. Wir haben den Schlauch begutachtet, es liegt definitiv am Wasserschlauch. Dieser muss einfach komplett neu ausgetauscht werden. - Das W-Lan ist wirklich extrem langsam. Wir hatten eine Geschwindigkeit von gerade einmal 1 Mbit/s. Das reicht höchstens für Nachrichten lesen, Emails abrufen. Das war's. Videos / Streams abspielen unmöglich. Es hängt alle paar Sekunden. - Es gibt zwar zwei TV's in jedem Zimmer (Satellit), aber man kann nur Hotbird empfangen, das heisst, der größte Teil der Sender richtet sich an Länder in Süd und Ost Europa. Also für uns nicht brauchbar. Schade eigentlich. Man hätte den Satelliten auf ASTRA (deutsch) ausrichten können, da in Stegna viele deutsche Touristen waren. - Es fährt nur einmal am Tag ein Bus Richtung Altstadt. Für Menschen ohne PKW / Führerschein wird es schwierig. So war es auch bei uns. Aber es hatte auch etwas positives. Auf diese Weise war Stegna nicht mit Touristen überlaufen, es war angenehm ruhig und stressfrei. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. - Der Preis für das Ferienhaus war etwas zu hoch.

Having a whole villa and a large plot around itself was absolutely luxurious for itself.We had a small refreshment (accommodation only otherwise without food) - fruit, water, dried, soluble coffee, wine.Communication with the accommodation (English) without any problems, responded immediately.There was no problem with arrival in the evening. We welcomed air conditioning in both bedrooms.From the villa to the sea you get a slow walk in 3 minutes!On the beach you can either use paid sun loungers (10EUR) or use part of the beach without deck chairs.There are a lot of fish in the water, there was something to look at.By the road along the beach, many small restaurants, several mini -markes with basic burns and drugstores.Quiet area, no discos or large hotels.

It could be a better shower (it is only a curtain).I would also welcome air conditioning in the kitchen, where I spent enough time.I would appreciate the opportunity to have small sports equipment for leisure time outside the beach (eg badminton, football ball) - what we do not bring by plane.

Private villa with its own territory! Two bedrooms with conditioner in each. Kitchen with complete equipment. Villa's terrace with 2 tables in 2 different zones allows you to rest depending on the sun's position. The owner was very kind and responsive and treated us to local delicacies. Nice place to REST and forget about hustle! You could buy fish or seafood in Archangelos (https://dodecanisos-fish-fish-store.business.site) and grill them in the villa's garden using provided grill equipment. Fresh products also could be purchased in Archangelos at a reasonable price. And do not forget to buy a diving mask and discover amazing under-the-sea beauties (a lot of various fish)!

Mosquitoes were biting us in spite of using repellent devices (provided in the house). Local cats in the morning are screaming a lot (I like cats, but not when I want to sleep).

Lovely big house. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine), you can cook all your meals. Two spacious bedrooms. Huge terrace with tables and chairs, very private. Nice owner who meets you in person to check in and out. House is located 2 minutes from the beach where you find a lot of restaurants and markets to do your daily shopping. We felt very safe and comfortable. If you look for your own space to spend your holiday the house is for you.

Fast and good communication with the owner, very willing lady Chrysa who let us in and introduced us to the place. Stegna beach is very long and oriented to the East. Many restaurants around. Although you have it very close to all needed places (beach, shop, restaurants), it is very quiet place. Very nice garden.

In our use there was the whole villa.It is located in a beautiful city.Mountains and near the sea.We were met, treated with fruits.There is a shop nearby, which is essential.If you need to make purchases for a few days, then it is better to think about it in advance and do it in the city.
