We had closed half board.On the first and only day we went to the place where this particular benefit was offered, an unpleasant surprise awaited us.A non -existent variety, moderate raw material, substitute feta stale bread which was replaced after protesting it with another, less stale.We told the staff that we would never go again because it is not responding to what we had paid.240 €/ overnight.Next morning Breakfast: No variety, poor quality, not drinking coffee, uninvited foods with wasps and locusts to go on them.Bread again stale.Third Day: "Day of Fresh Bread".The first and only of the 5 days of residence.In the room there was a smell of moisture, but you consider normal in a place by the sea.The coffee machine had two capsules that were never replaced, nor did anyone ask us if we want to be replaced.The kitchen in the room was covered.The refrigerator closed if you took out the room card and we asked for a second, which we were given.The toilet paper was a public toilet The pool was dirty inside and we didn't find anyone to clean up our days in the third bed/sofa miserable mattress that could not sleep.I am sorry because the hotel is very good on a beautiful beach but in no way responds to the benefit price.I certainly won't be one of our choices the next time we visit the area

The hotel is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes away from the Agia Paraskevi beach. The suites were spacious and nicely furnished, the terraces had nice views to the pool and the sea. The pool was clean, it had a beautiful view to the sea and plenty of sunbeds and shade. The parking was convenient and provided shade for the vehicles.

The tap water is not drinkable. You get only one free bottle of water upon arrival. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. The toilet in our bathroom was not mounted properly and it started leaking on our second day. The staff was quick to do a temporary fix, which solved the problem for the time being, but it needs to be addressed. It was disappointing that even though the beach next to the hotel is serviced by the pool bar, the use of the sunbeds and umbrellas is not free for the guests and there is not even a discount. It is a public beach and it can get crowded during busy weekends. Not a great value for money.

The location is perfect a little further from the very crowded popular Syvota beaches. But still great! Breakfast was good in general and we had a great experience with our dinner meals. Personnel was friendly and went beyond the time schedule to offer us dinner the first night that we arrived after the usual dinner serving time. The room was spacious with nice view, we were told that we had an upgrade for our stay. The pool was quiet and nice to relax.

Although the room was in general clean, the tiles and protective glass of the shower were not clean properly for kalk, giving an unpleasant, dirty impression. Breakfast was nice but juice and coffee choices with it were bad. Only filter coffee was included with breakfast and it was not good. The coffees though we ordered and payed for I have to add that they were great

Large and beautiful rooms, a balcony, although it is written to sea view, but you can only see a tip across the roofs of the other rooms.The team is lovely, a great and very good and very worried chef is for guests' needs.A beautiful and very pleasant pool to swim in, there are seating areas and tanning beds.Good breakfast.Most of women are women, and they are lovely!

The drop to the seaside is difficult to fix the stairs leading to the beach.For a beach chair require an additional payment.

- extraordinary location, very close to the sea.- Very friendly staff, English speaker.- Superb pool and very comfortable loungers.- The room and the bathroom very spacious.- Cleaning is done every day.- The first beach is ~ 3 minutes walking, and up to the surrounding ones are made between 10 - 20 minutes, by car.Congratulations on everything you do there!It was a very beautiful vacation.

Understaffed during breakfast time- especially the last 20’ before closing when most people show up and many items have run out. There should be another coffee option apart from typical filter coffee. Towels at pool show signs of wear

Everything was perfect!The staff were very friendly and helpful, tried to make our stay as comfortable as comfortable.The chef amazing, with a smile on his lips.My daughter will long be her burgers and we the seafood barley.The fantastic view, all crystal clear and the sea on our feet.We will definitely come back.

- No glasses, some cutlery, plates on the studio - no microwave - coffee at breakfast was through a coffee maker so you sometimes had to wait for new ones.

All the staff were very friendly, polite and really did everything to serve us!We had half board and the food was very careful.The chef is excellent, along with her team, always made sure that both children and adults were happy.Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.

Above all the staff.This hotel turns only with female staff.From the director to the cleaning staff These ladies worked so that our stay was as pleasant as possible, always with smile the room which was spacious with a magnificent view on the set

Everything in the room was crystal clear.The staff were polite and helpful and the stay exceeded our expectations.We would probably prefer it again in the future.The environment in which the hotel is located is in full harmony with nature and is an ideal place to relax.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Very cozy upstairs bar by the pool, sadly we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool area but it looked nice and clean.

FULLY THE BREAKFOODS Even though 7.30am that started in the morning, the bouquets were not ready and the staff is kind but infinite and inadequate ....

Wonderful ressort close to the beach

Staff did not explain that to well are only change each 2 days... very strange for a 4* hotel. Beach chair, umbrella and towels are extra cost

The location is fantastic, although the way to accommodation can be a challenge for someone.

The rooms were damp and moldy, insufficient maintenance and cleanliness.

Swimming pool and spacious room with good air conditioning

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.Eating super tasty sandwich at night, but they were nowhere to be seen

I felt that the swimming pool was too deep. It is made it for good swimmer and not for relaxing

Hotel is located at one of the best beaches of the area which is very peaceful. The rooms ara clean and you have all you need.
