The property is a traditional greek stoned house located in a quite and historical village of few permanent residents. The house was very tidy, clean and traditionally decorated giving the spirit of Epirus . Stone and wood have a principal role in the interior design
It would be great if there was a private parking place. The path in front of the property is narrow enough so we had to park just 2’ away with no supervision of the vehicle. However, it was safe.

Loving furnishings, quiet location, cozy, almost everything you need, welcome wine, surroundings fantastic, villagers very friendly, Zitsa with a beautiful Berglandenschadt only 5 minutes drive, fantastically beautiful village church from the inside very worth seeing
Equipment for outdoor area is missing (seat cushion).Without the stone banks are somewhat uncontamination, but otherwise really nice courtyard in the evening and to play for the children.

It's a lovely old house, repaired with love and attention to detail. You can see how the owners were making so much effort to make our stay the best possible! With the cold evenings, seating in front of the fireplace was a luxury :)
The road leading to the house is narrow and steep, not sure every car can make it! It was not a problem for us at all. But just be aware if driving a bigger car!
