Przesympathetic hosts - the atmosphere almost at home, most of the products for breakfast prepared personally by the hostess.Location at the very shore, to the sandy beach 30 seconds walk.Unforgettable views and soothing sound of sleeping waves in the evening and slightly waking in the morning :).The object is located a bit off the beaten track, at the very end of the beach, at the same time it is well connected - a bus stop, allowing you to get to the port and town, about 50m from the building.We were there at the turn of September and October (end of the season) and we had the beach practically only for ourselves.

I didn't like the fact that we had to come back - if we knew what a place this place before, we would gladly stay for longer;)

Perfect location in the end of the bay. When the beat from the all day long bar opposite Mylopotas beach stops you can hear the sea! You have a nice view of the bay, you can enjoy sunset from your balcony. The breakfast has local products like the honey of Ios and each day there is a variety of home made stuff. The attention from the hosts makes you feel welcome and the smile of the owner lights your day. The hotel is conveniently set on top of a very nice fish restaurant that you should try.

The annoying sound till 9:30 in the evening of the club opposite that will not allow you to appreciate the amazing location and listen to the sea. But this is not the fault of the hotel:)

Super friendly helpful owners, modern apartments with soft and hard pillows, air conditioning, large fridge and sea views (Room 8).. Plus, you choose your continental breakfast from the small breakfast room with fruit from the owners garden, eggs, meat, cheese, yoghurt and fruit and eat it on your own balcony or on the terrace near reception overlooking the beach; heaven, what more could you ask for! FANTASTIC

The accommodation is beautiful! Our room was steps away from the ocean for a lovely swim in the clear waters! The location is great with a bus stop right out side to take you to all parts of the island. The property is run by a lovely friendly family who always gave us recommendations and tips of where to go.

For the price of the accommodation the breakfast spread/options could have been better.

We are always waiting for the answers to the questions asked about Booking Breakfast on the balcony where nothing where transport of the tray.A little late from 8:30 am.Supposedly homemade but summary.Very clear coffee.Friendly but fast welcome tiny shower without protection.Summary insulation.

The family who run this hotel are DELIGHTFUL! They are why you should come here. Superb recommendations, amazing homemade breakfast and genuinely caring people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Didn’t bother me but might bother some - it is near to the Far Out Club - but all rooms gave away so doesn’t bother you

The location was great, the room small but comfortable, Rena was amazing, she met us and was very helpful and informative. The breakfast was lovely and you could take to your balcony and enjoy. Mumma’a homemade goodies were delicious x would definitely recommend.

we came after the busy season, and the hotel was at the end of the beach so it was very quiet and romantic. Stunning rooms with amazing views. Easy to get the bus in to town. Incredibly hospitable host and amazing breakfast. will definitely return

Really nice place to stay. The owner is super nice and breakfast was delicious. Nice view, and room was very good with no complaints.

Cons: the music coming from the rooms near the late evening the inconvenience of the collation especially on windy days (almost always) the size of the room and the little space for luggage

Lovely resort right on the water with fabulous balcony, breakfast and restaurant downstairs. The family who runs it could let have been more pleasant or helpful!

The family running the hotel is very very welcoming. The breakfast is perfection. The hotel is super beautiful; the view from the room amazing. I recommend it.
