Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud

On se sent super bien dans cet hotel, l'ambiance est reposante, détendue. Le personnel était adorable et toujours au petits soins. Ils font tout pour que vous passiez un séjour parfait. Ils m'ont trouvé une excursion pour le mont Batur le soir pour la veille ? et également une location de scooter avec récupération à l'hôtel Il y a une navette gratuite pour vous emmener au centre d'Ubud La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée, literie de bonne qualité, j'ai même été agréablement surprise par rapport aux photos de l'hôtel. Le bar au roof top est super beau, avec même d'un côté une vue sur quelques rizières. La piscine faisant face à la jungle est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner inclus était fabuleux, avec une formule qui vous permet de prendre plusieurs plats différents (ce qui est génial quand on a envie de tout goûter !)

La piscine de l'hôtel était trop froide pour moi. Je n'ai pas apprécié m'y baigner et j'ai donc peu profiter de la piscine. Le restaurant un peu cher, nous n'y avons mangé qu'une seule fois. On mange d'ailleurs miieux dans les warungs traditionnels. J'ai eu un problème avec la location du scooter, Qui n'était pas dans un super état et les casques fournis étaient très sales à l'intérieur... Cependant j'ai fais part de mon insatisfaction au personnel de l'hôtel et franchement ils ont géré ! Ils m'ont proposé de remplacer le scooter et également fournis des casques propres. Le loueur de scooter a offert de nous rembourser la location, mais bizarrement je n'ai quand même pas eu de remboursement ? ce qui est plutôt du ressort du loueur que de l'hôtel. Je pense que pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ils devraient mieux choisir leur partenaire de location de scooter... Mais je me répète, ils ont assurer sur mon problème alors quand même, bravo et merci!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in April.The Arkamara Resort is a small hotel with a family flair, where an extremely high service level is lived in all areas.All employees were always attentive, friendly and interested and were happy to talk to the guests and fulfilled every wish.The room equipment and especially the size were very generous.We really liked the facility and the pool area in particular, since everything was very nicely created and maintained.There was a good selection of food and drinks.Everything we tried tasted good and was qualitatively at a top level.Especially on the roof terrace in the "Juggan Sky" (a stylish Rooftop bar) you sat very nice in the evening.The free shuttle service at the center of Ubud is also positive.All in all, it was a great stay and we would book this accommodation in Ubud at any time.It really felt like "at home" and "family" - as the hotel describes it in its corporate philosophy.

The air conditioning in our room was not particularly strong, which is why the indoor climate was very moist.We didn't have the problem in other hotels in Bali.If necessary, a little more service in the pool area would be nice.

The property was located in a good location far from the traffic and the breakfast was really good We also liked the views from the room on the pool. The staff was king.

To be honest, it really wan't good value for money. extremely expensive for worn out towels that you could see through them, bad mattress. really bad air conditioning. also, for such an expensive stay per night, our first day, we checked in at 21:00 because our initial room was with problems. we received a small lunch on the house. but that was it. also, the food is quite bad, one of the worst in Ubud in general. didn't make us feel well and it wasn't tasty (except for the breakfast) also, the groundfloor rooms smelled like mould. For this money, the bedding was never changed during our full 5 nights. Also, the "jungle" is basically a line of trees that separate your views from a basic hill.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! All of the hotel staff, from the receptionists to the waiters and cleaners, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed during our stay in Ubud, even helping us to book our ferry tickets to the islands. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel has a beautiful pool surrounded by stunning scenery, a great restaurant with delicious food, and a lovely terrace bar where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails. There are so many things to do in Ubud, but you won't want to leave the hotel! The spa is also amazing - we had the best massages of our lives. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Ubud!

Nothing at all

The staff would go above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptional, large rooms, huge bathrooms with a beautiful patio area to have your morning coffee, looking out into the jungle, with the Ayung river sound. The food was exceptional both at the pool and the bar. The breakfast presentation and choice was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Location was superb. Our morning walk in the rice fields was a bonus. My daughter and I had a fabulous Balinese massage at the spa. Beautiful, peaceful resort. The free shuttle service to Ubud centre was an extra bonus. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY, THANK YOU ARKAMARA DIJIWA UBUD

I did not expect such a customer service.When I arrived, I was upgraded to a villa with private swimming pool.The villa was magnificent, beyond expectations and photos.The pool was at the right temperature, the room was spacious and the royal bathroom, typical of Bali.Customer service was of high quality.The Balinese really have a sense of customer service.Thank you to the staff for making me live a magical stay!Everything was perfect: staff, setting, accommodation, Balinese cuisine, etc.

Nothing.I would have liked to stay there longer.Next Time Who Knows ...

The moment from check-in the service was amazing, the room was big and comfortable. Food was as expected the Bali authentic taste. Breakfast was tasty, could use some more choices, if you are staying longer like us it gets a bit repetitive since they didn't have a buffet option. Do try the dinner and show option, the dance performance was the highlight.

The pool could use some cleaning, the pool beds had ants and in the room, you could find an occasional lizard, cockroach, and ants, but I guess it goes with being surrounded by the forest-like environment.

Everything. The room and balcony were exceptional, the food was so good, but best of all were the team members working at the hotel. Every single one of them were friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable of the area. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Ubud centre so it’s no issue staying a little outside of town.

Beautiful hotel with lots of nature, relaxing and quiet place compared to Ubud centre. Good food. Super friendly staff. Free shuttle to Ubud centre was really useful. Cool rooftop bar with mellow music and good choice of local beer.

It takes some time to get to Ubud’s centre given the traffic, approx 15 min on scooter and approx 30 min by car or shuttle

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer in der 3. Etage mit Blick auf den Dschungel und den sehr schönen und sehr großen Pool. Gutes Frühstück. Shuttle ins Zentrum von Ubud. Besonderen Dank an Gung, der uns einen tollen Ausflugstag und eine gute Fahrt zu unserer nächsten Unterkunft beschert hat. Vielen Dank ?

The rooms are large and comfortable and bed was also very comfortable

The location is quite ut of the way. The facilities are good but not great. The pool is small and the restaurant is not great. They also had flooding outside from the rain and for days you had to walk through mud to get to the room.

The personnel were very nice, the pool was perfect and the breakfast was very diverse, we enjoyed our stay

If I have any advice for improvement I can say that the bed was quite hard, the coffee the last day wasn't very good (the other days was fine) and the spa was a bit expensive

This resort is located at very beautiful place, it is surrounded by jungles. The place is clean, service is on a high level.

There was a beautiful bath. However, there wasn’t hot water to draw it. I was really disappointed that hotel decided to turn off a water heater for bath.

We had an amazing stay. This hotel is outstanding, great location- in the middle of the jungle but close to Ubud center. The food was great, the room was clean and big and I want to say special thanks to the amazing staff that were so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful surroundings of the hotel, among the jungles and rice fields.Peace and quiet.Fantastic staff, always helpful and smiling.Definitely one of the best hotels in which we had the opportunity to be.
