Having stayed on the lower floor, many noises came from the upper floor, perhaps because of the ancient floors.The apartment is very large, structured in various rooms, with steps between one and the other, the kitchen equipped with many dishes.There are many books for those who love to read but there is no TV (contrary to what is written in the description of the services) there was no duvet for the double bed, in the wardrobe there were only two singles and we adapted so.The bathroom and croissants kit, rusks and jams for breakfast and capsules for the coffee machine is offered.The structure overall is very beautiful, a few small tricks and it would be perfect.The very kind owner.

The apartment has the character of a loft and is open and spacious.The kitchen is new and comfortable, the roof terrace is a wonderful place for breakfast and dinner.The contact with the landlords was friendly and uncomplicated.

Unfortunately, our apartment was above a street where there is a confusing curve.As a result, every arrival car was in charge - even at night.With simple glazing, this means an ongoing noise pollution.

Accommodation was very pleasant and well equipped.Accommodation has a touch of true Italian countryside.The lady who took us through our dreams did not meet, but through the reports explained in detail how to stay so we had no problem.I definitely recommend accommodation, if you decide to go here be sure to rent accommodation for at least 2 nights, the surroundings are definitely worth exploring.

The closeness to Pisa is very good.It is about 30 to 40 minutes to the beach (Marina de Pisa - Tirrenia).The most beautiful was La Pace, Vial der Tirreno 4, 56126 Tirrenia.

There could be more big knives if you cook yourself.Unfortunately, a bowl for the salad is also missing.In any case, you should reserve the restaurant in town for the evening.

Very spacious room well furnished, decidedly recent with excellently maintained services.Perfect cleaning practically new bathroom.Quiet location with the possibility of tasting excellent beer in the micro -rifile below.Capable and helpful staff

Heating with gas heaters risks creating some too many concern and risk not being used by customers.

The apartment is very nicely decorated.You feel very comfortable there, it's big, cozy and clean.In the middle of the living room there is a hammock which was a highlight for our 7 year old daughter.We also liked the location very much, despite the honking cars.We spent great 3 days in a quiet, idyllic area and we definitely come back.

Renovated apartment recently with large spaces, large and comfortable rooms, equipped with the comforts needed to spend a few days of relaxation in Tuscany.The location is excellent, in the car it is possible to reach several Tuscan cities (Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Livorno, Firenza) or the sea with journeys of less than an hour.

Excellent place, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly host ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city and attractions.Would definetely recommend this place to everybody!
