Sant'Anna

Giulia, the host, is an angel on Earth. I did experience some unexpected health issues and had to stay in Sant'Anna for a week instead of a day. Little did I know that I was the best place for it - Giulia and Emilio gave me rides to and from doctors, helped translate and navigate the situation while abroad. They literally took care. of me and a very complicated situation with zero problem. The place has wonderful healing energy and a stellar view and sunset. Sometimes Nic is around, who is an amazing chef and will create magical food out of nowhere. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place and people. No money in the World could justify the care and support I received. Please stay with them, they are truly the best!!!

Giulia and Emelio were super welcoming, fetching us from the airport, preparing a fabulous lunch, with aromatic herbal tea with a dramatic and expansive view of the river and the vast nature conservation area below. When our daughter fell and hurt herself, requiring medical attention, they immediately jumped in and called around to check for best options. Emelio escorted myself and our daughter to the hospital, translating from Italian to English. When we are back in Milan, we will most definitely book here again, and this time make sure that we have enough time to explore the large property, running down to the expansive river, with chestnut trees and blueberry bushes dotted between the rich natural greenery.

We took an adequate ground apartment, Emilo was very wonderful asking us about all we needed for a collaborator and a gentleman also Jolie, we asked them about a washing machine and they said to the problem we wash it for us and actually put it in the washing machine and then we went back to take it after two hours, they have a breakfast they prepared a cheesecake and a muffin with very delicious berries

Everything is beautiful, but because it is a farm we faced the presence of ants inside the apartment, we also came during the summer period and the atmosphere was hot in the hall. As for the bedroom, it was good for the presence of the air conditioner in it

Splendida struttura immersa nel verde, per una gita all'insegna del relax. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trovato accoglienza come a casa, servizi puliti e attrezzati, e soprattutto un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio di colazione con prodotti di propria realizzazione. Ottima e golosa, da provare. Un oasi di pace e bellezza, ci torneremo sicuramente ?

Veramente nulla. Ogni tanto può capitare di sentir passare qualche aereo, data la vicinanza con l'aeroporto di Malpensa, ma non è fastidioso e non inficia in alcun modo l'esperienza di soggiorno. Anzi, quando capita è anche interessante vedere un aereo volare così basso ?

A trilogy room was excellent and a room is said to be double, even though it is a separate and separated sar. The setting was pleasant, calm and warm.It is also very well equipped.The breakfast was delicious, served on a terrace offering a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.Homemade blueberry jams as well as the blueberry cake was excellent.The staff were very attentive, always attentive, available and very warm.The setting is perfectly suited to families, especially children because there is a lot of space.The location is ideal and close to the main tourist attractions.I highly recommend this place and we will certainly come back to it.

The people. Guilia and Amelio were out of this world. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and immediately felt like friends. The location. Beautiful property overlooking blueberries, water, the Alps. The rooms. Everything was clean and just what we needed. Comfortable for our family of 7! The breakfast. What a treat! Delicious breakfast, loved getting to try the blueberries! This will be a forever memory!

This is an amazing place.Solid 11 out of 10. Very friendly and responsive owners.Incredible view.Just divinely have breakfast on the terrace, which is just prepared by the owners.An additional plus is a free transfer to the airport and from the airport.And only 20 euros if you flew at night.Thank you for this.I'll be back here more than once.

There is nothing in this place that might not like.

Emilio’s estate was exceptionally beautiful inside and out. The location alone was our main seller, with mountain views just minutes to the airport. This along with their warm hospitality, comfortable beds, sharp appliances, clean facilities, and charming furnishings made it the perfect getaway. We wished to stay longer! Thank you Emilio and family. Now we know where to stay next time!

I just loved the beautiful nature around the property. Familiy was very very friendly and helpful. The pick-up from Malpensa was so helpful. Their dogs were adorable. The room was very cosy, the breakfast was excellent with homemade blueberry jam and pie. I practiced yoga on their terrace, which was so nice. I highly recommend their place if you love nature and appreciate genuiness.

This is such an amazing place run by the loveliest people. The owners were so accommodating and welcoming. I wish we stayed for longer as they cook a fresh breakfast for guests every morning, there is a path to the river to explore the grounds, the view is just out of this world and most importantly the family who run this place are incredible. I’m sure we will be back.

Beautiful country setting 10 minutes from the Milan International Airport. They have a free daytime shuttle. Giulia and her brother Mateo were very kind and accommodating. Some far-off road noise but no aircraft noise despite the proximity to the airport.

My pillow though my wife was a fan.

The hospitality was exceptional and given that I arrived there as a happy accident due to my flight home being cancelled, the warm welcome and offer of a lift to the airport the following morning at 5:30am relieved me of so much stress. I so hope to come back. It’s a stunning place.

A great place to relax before the flight.An incredible view from the window, a comfortable bed, I liked everything, a large area with greens and forest.They offered breakfast.The owner told where you could have dinner and met very kindly.I love such places as if I had come to visit

Breakfast was fantastic. As this is a farm, we received many delicious homemade products, especially blueberries! Usually, breakfast is served on a balcony with a beautiful view, but due to the rain, we had it indoors.

Airplane traffic noise can be disturbing at times.

Wonderful location in nature, great hosts, very accommodating. A big plus is the delicious breakfast with their homemade blueberry marmalade which is served overlooking Monte Rossa. Definitely a must go before your flight from Malpensa!

Everything is a very respectable family that helps you in any needy and clean location and a wonderful location between the arms of nature and there is a river, safety and rooms clean and adaptation
