Courtyard By Marriott Seoul Botanic Park

Since I traveled around the country and was in Seoul in between, I wanted to treat myself to something nice.I really had nothing to be desired in the Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park.The hotel is not only beautiful in a somewhat quieter but great area.I really liked the equipment.The room is very bright and the aesthetics is really great (as can be seen in the pictures).My room was really super nice and spacious.The windows are huge and the view of the park was almost as beautiful as a sea view.You can shop nearby if you need something.The bathroom was super clean and also very spacious.The shower is clearly separated from the rest of the room so that nothing can get wet.This is often a problem with hotels in the middle of Seoul.The ladies from room service are very nice and helpful.There is a subway station nearby, from which you have a pretty good connection.The buffet in the restaurant (costs 80,000 원) was also excellent.In the morning you can also get a coffee or tea below.After the checkout you have the opportunity to hand over your suitcase there.

Unfortunately the hotel is a bit more expensive, but I think it's worth it.A minimal minus point goes to the curtains, which drop some light into the room in the morning.There was a water purifier instead of water bottles, which can be a plus or a minus ... If you want to quickly go to the typical places in Seoul, the journey can take a while (25-50 minutes depending on the destination).That didn't bother me at all.

Everything was perfect for my part, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the perfect soundproofing except in the lounge area where we hear the people above but not in the bedroom, the quality equipment, the staff are very careful, the Robot that brings us our meal or others in front of the room door really I only had 2 concerns ... which were settled with impeccable speed and professionalism.The just at the bottom park is really incredible and there is even a botanical park (paying) a huge greenhouse to do as activities.Two metros right next to it and the neighborhood full of restaurants and converse Stores.

To say that I did not like ... would be abused but I had a problem which could have been problematic.- The cleaning lady had taken my bag of dirty laundry staff for a trash can, in the evening very late (2 a.m. And my bag was made to me 20 min later.- And other problem with the breakfast where I specified (without pork) this one always put delivered with pork, however he sent me a breakfast fairly quickly without pork (it would have been good to be able to replace the pork with chicken or other Because given the price it would have been more correct) apart from that everything was perfect

We loved our suite, everything about it was top notch. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was lovely. The view over the park was exceptional and it still felt really private. It was also extremely quiet. nice bonus with the steaming/drying cabinet.

When we went to tell the staff about a couple fighting and screaming at each other (it was very serious), they were very slow and hesitant to do something about it. We had to ask them twice on two separate occasions before they called security. The couple was fighting so violently and loudly that we almost called the police ourselves. We were also unsatisfied by the lack of any apology. It really just felt like they tried to dismiss the situation and hush it up... The situation was quite disturbing as it happened twice and nothing was done and it bothered us for some hours after...

There was a Japanese person, and I was able to get a big candy for children and adults for adults.I was glad that the coffee on the first floor was all -you -can -drink.The location was already the best and was healed from the window with the green.There are a lot of restaurants around the area, and it's far from the downtown area, but I really liked it.It was so secret that I never met Japanese people.It is a hotel I want to repeat again!

I was a little worried that the fly was flying.I was a little worried about the smell of the toilet.

Unbreakable bedding.Parking space.There are restaurants and botanical gardens in the surrounding environment.

The staff is a bit unkind.I received a room with a disabled facility, but I didn't have a notice before the reservation.It was a bit uncomfortable and the heater motor sound was so large that it was not in a warm room.The bathroom is disappointed because there is no bathtub.I hope this will be notified before reservation

A modern, well -kept building with beautiful, spacious rooms located on a beautifully landscaped park can, for example, go for a nice walk in the evening.The employees were very friendly and helpful.It was a very pleasant stay.

Not really a downside, but the hotel is fairly favorable compared to the Incheon airport, but far from the center of Seoul.We had consciously chosen this hotel, because we still like a little more peace.

Breakfasts were pretty good

AC is not working properly, windows can't be opened, that's why you will miss a fresh air in the room. Very strange scheme with a booking deposit that hotel is charging prior to your check in day, and deposit for room service in case you order food from the hotel restaurant. You probably will not receive it back, at least we didn't receive after 2 weeks, bank said it was not refunded by the hotel?

Thank you very much for the fact that there is a Japanese hotelman and you can call a taxi and make it smooth in various ways.

I stayed for the second night, but the first night was good, but I was a little disappointed that the second night had a tissue with the provided tissue, the rinse had died, the drainage ditch in the washroom was clogged and it was difficult to flow.

Nice, you get what you expect. When our AC didn’t work in our room they upgraded us for free. Cute robot delivering in room dining.

- Ac didn’t work in our room - front desk staff seemed a little lost or new. - No one helped us with our bags to the room. Maybe not a norm but we hadn’t experienced this so far and this was our last stop.

Close to the Metroline for Gimpo or Incheon Travellers and of course to the City of Seoul. For LG Group Business Visitors, the Hotel is the best choice due to the short walking distance. We really enjoyed the walk around of the Seoul botanical garden. The room was spacious and very clean and the view amazing as well.

If you looking for location away from hustle bustle and right next to the botanical garden and many restaurants and also close to the train station then this place will tick all boxes.. It's also located very conveniently close to both Gimpo and International Airport.

Nothing really I can pinpoint

The location is good near the Kimura Airport.There was a sense of cleanliness, and the room equipment was wonderful.The hotel was good, and there was no service.

There were very few amenity goods.The missing things were delivered if they paid.In Korea, no hotels now have many amenity goods.
