It was connected to Times Square so it was easy to carry with infants.It was very convenient to use department stores or malls as a stroller.The staff also used very kind and pleasantly.

When I went outside, it was a bit cumbersome to change once on the fifth floor.And overall quiet, but it was a pity that the noise outside the door was slightly heard.You prepared for a baby bed, but it was so deep that it was very hard when you took out the child.It looks like an octagon ring, so it was slightly sullen.It would be better to change the baby bed to something else.(It may be suitable for walking children.)

Great hotel conveniently located in the same building as TimeSquare shopping center and 3 mins walk from Incheon airport bus 6007 (about 50,000won by taxi) and subway station. Staff is friendly and courteous and even gave us free breakfast for our kid. Room itself is clean and tidy albeit decently sized comparing with similar hotels. I wish there were complimentary bottled waters but they are cheap and easy to get from near by convenience stores so no big deal. The buffet breakfast is decent with a good mix of Western and Asian options too.

A spacious, clean, cozy room, a good mattress, the plus is the presence of a bath, but this is not in all rooms, the rooms on the odd side will be smaller and without a bath.Breakfasts are good, there is a choice.The staff is friendly, competent.From the 5th floor there is its own output to stores, where a bunch of food courts on different floors.

I find that the mirror in the toilet a little dim , can’t really do my Shaving neatly , also don’t have a magnifying small mirror to do my shaving . Think need to improve on this . Shower floor little flooding after shower, room 1012 . U can check on it , maybe can do some improvement on that

The choice of food at breakfast can be made a littler bit better. It was very sea food, themed, which is great for most, but no so much for some.

It was very good that a young concierge explained and investigated it hard using a smartphone.

Although it was a non -smoking room reservation, the room that was initially passed was a cigarette smell.When I offered to the front desk, the room changed, but the staff who responded at first was swelling.

Times Square Mall is right outside the front door. Across the road towards the Lotte Store are plenty of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes.

The lift from the entrance to the Lobby on the fifth floor takes ages. At check out these was a queue of people with baggage waiting for the lift.

Always the comfy beds and sheets. Well insulated windows. It's connected to Shinsegae and public transport is so accessible.

We heard shouting from the hallway at odd hours. Breakfast choices could be improved.

Although a little bit dated, the room was very nice and bed & bedding were really comfortable. The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends.
