B & B Het Lemstra Hûs

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home.The historic building has a lot of charm and character.The hosts Albert and Iris are extremely friendly and accommodating.When we arrived, the refrigerator was lavishly filled with everything that is needed for breakfast.Every morning there were fresh rolls and even mixed smoothies.Thank you for this service!The location is great: you are at the harbor in a few minutes on foot and in the business street, the path to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes.

We had nothing to complain about at all.However, one has to take into account that it is a historic building.In our view, you shouldn't expect perfection.Our bathroom had no window, but a ventilation system.It was therefore a bit difficult with drying the towels.But that didn't bother us.

Our hosts - Iris and Albert - were very friendly and helpful.The refrigerator was very rich.Every morning there was fresh, warm rolls and fruit moothies.Towels and consumables (e.g. toilet paper) were plentiful.Iris and Albert had many helpful tips for activities and restaurants in the area.An ideal starting point for activities and Harlingen is a picturesque town worthwhile.We liked it very much, very cozy.

There is a parking lot nearby.However, this must be paid for an additional € 7.50 per day.But that is OK and always cheaper than a public parking lot!

Hosts very friendly and prepared to help with anything Location is great for walking into town, the shops or the harbour Clean, spacious facilities. Modern, rain style shower with plenty of hot water Hosts brought us a flask of smoothie, bread, croissants, buns and plenty cheese, hams and meats for breakfast every day. Yoghurt and milk was also provided. Delicious!

Surprised there was no TV but the WiFi was good, so we watched streaming sites and played board games! Hosts provide access to parking a very short walk away as parking in Harlingen is difficult.

The location was great, calm but central.Port and city center with restaurants and shops to be reached on foot in a few minutes on foot.Breakfast was great - everything you needed was provided in the fridge, there were freshly baked rolls every morning and a jug with smoothie.Busy parking space for a small fee nearby.We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.Iris and Albert are attentive and friendly hosts!

Nothing.Everything was great.There is no television, but we knew that in advance and we didn't miss it ;-)

Die Unterkunft ist super schön, sauber, komfortabel und mit tollem großen Garten. Morgens gibt es ein tolles Frühstück mit warmen Brötchen. Die Lage ist spitze Stadt und Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Am aller besten sind die Besitzer, so freundlich und herzlich man fühlt sich sofort wahnsinnig wohl. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal bei den beiden?

We liked everything because there is nothing negative

Unfortunately we were only there for three days, but they were enough to put the two hosts and their BNB into their heart.You are not absorbed everywhere so hospitable, uncomplicated and warm -hearted.Your tips (e.g. a boat tour) and the breakfast were great.The whole house, including the romantic courtyard, lives from its wonderful Frisian charm.

Only the water outflow was a bit adventurous.

The Lemstra Hûs is a charming corner house, centrally located in Harlingen.If you would like to cook (instead of eating out in one of the excellent restaurants in Harlingen) then everything you need is present.The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit juice, enough sandwiches and croissant etc. Everything is there to make coffee and tea yourself.

I can't think of much.

A fabulous location on the edge of a beautiful park and at the quiet end of all the attractions in the village. Our Hosts could not be more helpful and provided us with a marvellous breakfast including fresh bread and pastry daily. Iris and Albert were marvelous hosts. Everything was provided for our baby and the apartment was babysat.

Great breakfast, new smoothies every day and the landlord always eager to provide more and extras! Beautiful city, nice dine outs, and, again excellent tips from our host.

We liked everything - we were only surprised ... we didn't pay attention probably ... that there was no tv set. ... which turned out to be a good thing in the end :).

The hosts were extremely friendly and the room was incredibly large.In addition, the hosts thought about options to park our bikes and gave good tips to eat something somewhere.They also had super sweet dogs.The explanation about the accommodation was expanded.All in all super well arranged!

There were actually no setbacks

How nice and helpful Iris and Albert was.The fresh rolls and homemade smoothies on the morning.We had a large selection of cheese, sausage and jam.It is about 10 min to the train station, city center and harbor.The dog Barko was just as friendly, played the ball with him.

There is nothing to complain about here.

Fresh breakfast, very good and very generous, charming old apartment, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.Friendly and warm owners, very pleasant communication.Ideally located in the center of the city.Place to enter the bikes.

Lack of lighting in the Salle-de-Bain.

Breakfast was delicious in the morning, host came with fresh sandwiches and there was enough cooling to make a delicious breakfast

That is purely personally everything was good except the coffee can do with hot water, not so my thing and don't like this kind of coffee

Super service tasty hot sandwiches (plenty of) fresh smoothie, fresh meats and cheese, butter, milk, jam, hail stroke.at, jogurt.There was even beer and wine, coffee and tea.or all it was great in order all

We thought everything was good and excellent

The accommodation is designed with a heart and is ideal.Iris and Albert are very nice, always have tips ready and the conversations were great.Very warm and dear people.Harlingen is a beautiful city.We always love to come back.

Beautiful surroundings, nice breakfast, vintage room with full kitchen and garden terrace to have breakfast, very pleasant hosts, highly recommended thank you iris and Albert!

old -fashioned way of making coffee

Establishment was simple but nothing was missing.Breakfast just but there was fresh rolls and fresh smoothie from the hosts every morning.These were super nice and always had a good tip for excursions!
