Borj Place

Borj Place is in a very convenient location for us because we arrive by bus and it is located across the corner from the bus station. Easy to locate - in the same building that has the big yellow Palawan Pawn Shop sign. We stayed at Borj Place last year too - and both times we found is to be a great value stay. The Borj gives us everything that we need - like a great hot water shower, solid wifi and top quality aircon - all packaged in a building that looks more like a shop factory than a hotel. The place is clean, with windows and quiet too. Love the Borj! We love Naga City too. Hometown of Cristina's mom. Beautiful churches and good eateries.

People should know that the Borj has no evlevator - so you have to carry your stuff up stairs. Sometimes you get help with that - but not always. And - no TV.

Staff and the owner are all accomodating and nice people, the place are very near to SM Mall, Market ànd bus station. The room & bed are very comfortable.

Its only the smell of the room that its a little bit off maybe the smell of the paint, That spread around the room. But all in all we had a good time and well recommended to a friend and family.

Convenient location for the bus terminal, stores and shopping mall. I stayed in room 11 that had a window with a pleasant view. The lighting was good , so were the plugs. It was great to have 2 towels of different colors.

Room 11 unfortunately has a spring mattress. There are lots of dead bugs stuck on the wall. The AC is not very powerful.

Borj place is within walking distance to SM NAGA, the Central Bus Terminal and Streetfood and Market. They have hot water showers and good wifi. The staff was very hospitable. Mr Borja met us on checkin and checkout. Mrs Borja was always timely in answering my inquiries. Rooms are spacious and great for families! Thank you so much po!!

We liked the location. Near to so much stores. Only walking distance to SM mall. Place was clean and aircon is cold. Has dedicated parking for customers. And the price for a night is just right. Thank you.

I saw 1 cockroach in the bathroom. Thats the only thing why we gave a 9 out of 10 rating.

The location is good. There is a parking space. The bed that is big and comfortable.

No escalator or elevator for senor citizens like me.. Incomplete toiletries, no shampoo, no soap, no toothpast/toothbrush. No breakfast added. My companions were not able to connect with the internet.

Affordable rate. Location is great with parking space. Comfortable Bed and strong Wifi signal.

The smell of the room is not great, I recommend air freshener that are more soothing and natural specially for those who are sensitive to strong smell, deodorant, or perfume.

Room met expectations: decent bed, decent bathroom, decent furniture. Great location; just opposite SM City Naga mall and bus/van terminals; in the centre of the city.

No real complaints during our 1 night stay.

Comfortable bed, location is great accessible to points of interest for our city tour. We had a good night sleep? they waited for us since we had a late check in

Value for money and just across the Bus Terminal. The room is absolutely superb for its price.

Reception is not all time within reach that prevent us from having our linen change.

We like the hospitality of the staff, very accommodating with our needs and requests. The place is quiet and conducive for resting ang relaxation.

Wifi was off during evening.

The location is ideal if you come from the bus station. Nothing incredible, OK for one or two nights max.

The staff is not responsive. Hard to get any advice or information.

Wifi is great, the Airconditioning Unit is efficient, the Location is near SM Mall and the 7-Eleven store

The hot shower is not functioning, and no toiletries are provided.

Directly at the bus terminal and the SM therefore very practical.The room is rather comfortable.Good value for money

Just the stairs.. When you came from long hours of driving.. Had to muster my strength to go up the stairs. ?

no elevator. if you have very heavy luggage it is not ideal. other than that the place is really good??

Everything was in place and clean. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Naga. Thank you very much.
