Robertson Hotel

On foot to the event location (job fair near Dole), own parking spaces with guard personnel, quiet place, quiet rooms, air conditioning worked perfectly, clean hotel.You could sleep calmly in the evening, which was very pleasant after a strenuous ride from Manila (10 hours).

Unfortunately there was no own restaurant in the hotel, no fridge in the room!The pool is not in its own hotel site.This is located in the neighboring hotel.You had to leave the hotel site, go to the rear part of the hotel and cross a street to get to the other hotel.Incidentally, you had to take the same way to drink a coffee in the morning.Not comfortable all around.There was more selection for (evening) food on the main street, which could be reached from the hotel via the neighboring hotel site.

The hotel is relatively new and it's located near a number of establishments. It's located behind Villa Caceres as well. The staff is very competent and accommodating, which I appreciate. I found the hotel room and the hotel itself tidy. Room make up is available by request. Although the room is quite small, the bed size is appropriate for two people. Basic toiletries are also available, so are room slippers. It's a good hotel for a short stay in Naga.

Unfortunately, the internet service during our stay was under maintenance. The internet connection was very spotty.

I like the location of the hotel and its accessibility to nearby banks, restaurant, cafe, bars, convenience stores, and spas. I also like their reasonable price, quiet and cozy room, super friendly staffs, hot and cold shower, and the 20% discount at the buffet restaurant.

There's no restaurant within the hotel but there is a buffet restaurant at the back of the hotel and you can enjoy a 20% discount if you're a Robertson Hotel's guest. Other than that, everything is good!

It was close to the city center and famous restaurants in Naga. The staff were also accommodating to all our requests.

I had the single twin room which had enough space for 1 person. However, my friends who had a double twin room were not given twin beds and had to share 1 double bed. That room was too small for 2 people and not advisable if you will bring additional person.

Everything was great.

The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. Also quite near the Basilica Minore of Penafrancia.

There is no electric kettle or a mini refrigerator in the room. The water closet was also leaking whenever I flush.

I like the food which is located in villa caceres who. also owns the place. Good for over night stays convenient and clean.

The card key malfunctioned at first. However the hotel. staff promptly rectified the problem by replacing it with a new one.

The staff is supportive, accommodating and they’re very prompt in providing resolutions to any issues/ problems. Thank you to Ms. Mitch and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work!

Stability of the WiFi connection can be enhanced.

Close to Naga international airport. Room was clean, affordable, staff was friendly and helpful. Paid parking with hotel stay validation.

Room was neat and clean, but very small.

The cost of breakfast is quite steep. If I knew it is not free; I could just have my breakfast at McDonald!???
