Summit Hotel Naga

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the underground parking, the breakfast spread, and above all the water coolers in every corridor. Very eco sensitive. No wastage of plastic. The staff were very professional, and helped me go around - I was there for only one night, but they were able to guide me to do whatever I could in the short period that the city was open on Christmas Eve. The food recommendations for local delicacies was awesome. Am grateful for the suggestions.

Honestly cannot think of any. I felt unhappy leaving the hotel, but then Naga was not my final destination. Any my final destination was 3 hours away. If it was closer than an hour away, I would have happily changed by bookings and would have extended my stay here (if they had rooms available)

Great location, with Robinson shopping mall just around the corner (in fact, it is connected to the hotel via a passerelle on the second floor). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast choices (mainly local food, but with a touch of foreign cuisine). Excellent in-house laundry facilities.

The hotel, though only open for 3 years, is already battling with the effects of humidity: the shower showed traces of mould and the ceiling in the entrance testified of a leak, which had not been properly handled. Amenities in the bathroom were basic.

Central location, near the shopping center and bus terminal.Large, modern room, the bathroom is very large with a lot of shelf area.Nice breakfast room with versatile offer.The hammer are the employees, friendly, helpful, a great team /staff.Ms. Nicole at the reception supported me in printing out a form or scanning, thanks again and again the hotel would book again and again.

It's a shame that the meat, the pasta and vegetables are too cold at breakfast, it should just be a little warm.Unfortunately, two hangers in the room are not enough.

The beddings were really comfortable, I had a good night sleep, the room temp is good. I had a pleasant stay and will choose this property on future trips.

The food that I was expecting wasn't served (champurado) I really like how they cooked it. Hopefully I may taste it once more on my next visits. The TV have limited channels/programs, suggest upgrading it as this is a form of relaxation for some guests. They should opt to subscribe to Netflix and other movie programs. Ensure refilling the soap and shampoo dispenser.

Everything! Bed was so big and comfy, room was aircon, breakfast was amazing so many options and hot and nice, staff were so nice, professional and friendly, nice gym with weights for working out all body parts, nice pool, best location! It's connected by walkway to the mall, and it has its own parking garage basement and easy to drive in and go out of Naga. Also only around 2.5 kms on foot to downtown Naga.

I wish I stayed longer!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was great for what was included.

The street noise early in the morning. This made it hard to sleep in after a long day and night of travel. Maybe place a noise making device next to the bed to have rain, white noise sounds.

I like everything, location, cleanliness, huge bed. Good value for the money that you paid for.

The Ac wasn't working so well coz the technician said it has to be cleaned. thus I got cold and allergy, couldn't sleep well coz of my noise due to dirty ac. but, above all it all nice and pretty decent.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel location is nice since it is far from the usual city traffic of other hotels. There's still some greenery one can see from the windows.

We don't have negative comments. Keep up the excellent work the hotel management and staff are doing.

The front desk isn’t the typical hotel front desk and there is no dedicated staff assigned to it. With any issues requiring help from the front desk, you must first find another staff member to call for the front desk staff.

Staff are very helpful with warm service

No vending machine or if I canbuy food in the middle of the night in their property. A little honor bar with essential supplies and snacks would suffice.

Bathroom was not disabled equiped. The hand rail was placed on the left side. I need a right hand rail. No grab bar in the shower area on the wall - nothing to hold wben standing up,?

Its convenient as the shopping center is walking distance. The staff are friendlly, ample parking and the breakfast is lovely. Thanks

Didn’t have breakfast. Instead, I just took my friends for snacks but quite a distance from downtown. But it was ok.

Hallways are warm and not air conditioned. TV and phone not working properly.

Have stayed here 3 different times it's always so clean hot water and excellent aricon highly recommend good location
