Breakfast location is nice. Breakfast is good esp. the soup. All staff are very courteous, responsive and helpful. Room is very clean.

Suggestion to have variety or choices on the dried fish aside from Abo, like new look, boneless dilis, baby langkoy, etc. which are good dried fish varieties that can only be found in bicol. Please have the abo soaked in water as it was too salty on the 3rd day of our stay. No hair dryer in the room and only 2 hangers are available in the closet

Everything is exquisite it is above my expectation with regards to the facilities, a perfect example to a value for your money.

I don't like how the the front desk say and closes the door. Saying "there is no available room" while there are only few car in the park, when I arrive. I wore ordinary pants and shirt to feel that I'm home and hotels are just too ordinary for me nothing to prepare for fancy clothes. Thankfully I have already booked at booking.com and I got a room.

They work really hard to make the food look good, but it doesn’t taste that good.

Substantial. I don’t eat much for breakfast, but I loved the fruits laid out every morning.

Nothing really because I knew what to expect in terms of amenities ie swimming pool, gym, etc.

1) The shower enclosure is too small. Everytime you shower the rest of the floor gets wet. 2) The breakfast is selection has little variety.

Location is good - accessible to other restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel can use more improvement. Variety of food - more of it. :)
