A lovely welcome from Kevin and Michelle. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were the perfect hosts. The room was absolutely immaculate and had tea and coffee making facilities and a wonderfully comfortable bed. A great shower and nice big opening windows. There's even a dining room and lounge that guests can use too. Location is fantastic with the beach in walking distance and facilities such as a well stocked Spar store within 2 minutes walk and a lovely Robinsons pub within 5 minutes.

It was perfect?

The lady who met us was warm and friendly and we felt welcomed. The standard of fixtures and fittings, bedding, curtains etc was very good. Generous amounts of tea,coffee,milk etc. in room.Everything was spotlessly clean. Pub with really good pub grub in easy walking distance ( Glyn-y-weddw Arms) really glad we went there early as the kitchen closed at 8pm and the pub at 9pm.

The room was very small for 2 people.I would ask for a larger one next time. It wouldn't put me off going back though, it's a great spot.

Spotless and so comfortable! With the spar and pub right there, we didn't miss the breakfast at all. We had full use of the kitchen amd lounge/dining to make pack lunches and spread out a bit. I had made a mistake about booking a twin rather than a king , and Michelle quickly accommodated.

Room small but perfectly designed for all needs. En-suite and bedroom were immaculate and toiletries on offer were expensive, Décor very tasteful. On arrival Michelle gave us a very warm welcome.

Maybe fridge in room but because it was small it would be difficult to fit in

Michelle was an excellent host. Lovely location, very close to the sea. Nice places within walking distance for an evening meal and breakfast. All in our room was very clean and homely. We'll definitely be going back!

I didn't notice the kitchen and communal lounge area at first but they looked very impressive.

Michele was very welcoming and went out of her way to make sure that we had all we needed. The property is very comfortable and suited us perfectly. It is set in a very convenient location for some beautiful walks

Lovely people, went out their way to be hospitable and welcoming, room was perfect and clean and property located in a quiet location, with nearby amenities if needed located within walking distance.

Great host- cosy room as described but perfect to walk to beach ( with cafe ) art gallery is great, pub and shop. On main road to go to local towns and villages.

No breakfast offered. Very comfortable bed, same as I have at home. Toiletries in bathroom. Water at bedside and a chocolate biscuit!

Headroom in the room needs watching. Lots of beams.

Great location, close to the beach. Well presented, with decent sized room & bathrooms.

Friendly reception, able to come & go as we were issued with keys. Clean and nicely presented.

Great location, short walk from nearby beach, shops and pubs. Short drive from Abersoch.

No major complaints, room was smaller than expected but no issues.

Rooms just like pictures ,very quiet great host pub and supermarket 1 min walk plenty safe parking 10 out of 10

Hosts were very welcoming. We booked a small double room which was very clean, well designed with everything we needed for a two night stay

Made to feel welcome. Spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches in room i.e. fan, fan heater, bottled water.

Located close to the fabulous beach where we had breakfast at the beach bar.

Every thing was perfect.

Our bathroom extractor fan was a little noisy after a few minutes . Annoying at night .

Overall a lovely place, nice facilities and the staff are very friendly

Pillows were too big but the bed was very comfortable.
