Excellent communication prior to visit, with the offer of a potential upgrade. Our room was very clean and modern. All the staff were very professional and friendly especially those on reception a credit to the company.
The Air conditioning needs to be on its own electric circuit not the one that works with the key card, as the room gets really hot when the door key is removed in hot weather and you cannot open any windows to let in fresh air.

Best thing about our stay was the young lady who booked us in. Very professional, friendly and helpful. First impressions at the check-in desk can colour your impression of any hotel. Generally though, as we were only saying for one night prior to flying, we had a very nice room and an excellent night's sleep.
