Gina's Static Caravan,118 Sandsgate

Two of us rode (motor bikes) onto the caravan park through the amusements, tattoo shops and fast food outlets and thought of the noise and flashing lights were going to be too much and thought we would not be staying. (It is great if you have kids but not for a quiet break) Then we found Gina's caravan - an oasis of serenity. There were four other caravans in this perfect enclave. Still walking distance to the melee (if that is your thing). Two comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. A TV, radio and heaters (it did get quite cold in the late evening). There were lots of instructions around the property which were really useful. It is clear that this is a private holiday home and it is well kept and clean.

Only one minor issue is that we did not know where to dispose of the rubbish.

Had constant contact with owners about caravan facilities, keys etc, they were very accommodating. The caravan looked like it had recently been painted throughout & all new flooring, it was spotlessly clean & tidy. There was everything you could ask for inside & out, lovely private area to sit outside, car parking for 2 cars, it was very much home from home. I was there a Sunday to Wednesday, at that time it was very quiet around the caravan. There is 8 static caravans in one fenced off area so feels more private. It was a few minutes walk to the beach which was perfect for walking miles with the dogs on the sandy beach, also not far to amusements, far enough away though that you cant hear them.

Great location! Situated in a quiet area but within a short walking distance to beach, pub and amusements. The caravan itself is warm and comfortable with bundles of personality and the fantastic outside space is an added bonus. This is our third stay here and we've already booked our next visit. Thank you Gina for all those little touches that made our stay so enjoyable, despite the weather. We plan to return again and again and again. ☺️

Liked everything

Great location for beach n local attractions. Caravan clean neat tidy, all amenities were catered for,allowed to use anything in the caravan, lovely comfortable beds, shower lovely, abit small but standard for caravans, excellent stay for a quick weekend away. Host always reliable to answer the phone with any questions. Pets allowed.

Sofa a little uncomfortable when sitting a while for us,

I was blown away at the attention to detail of Gina's caravan. everything I needed was to hand. lovely homely atmosphere and spotlessly clean. My little pup says She loved her stay too.. nwe didn't want to go home even though the weather was a bit of a challenge at times. met some lovely locals and had a marvellous carvery in the pub! a little Norfolk gem.

Was really lovely and and was amazing caravan

I was happy with everything but we just had a problem with the shower pressure but that could of been because of the wind we had on Tuesday but that did not matter as we still managed to have washes and wash our hair over the shower from water from the sink and it was no problem as we still enjoyed ourselves

Very comfortable furniture and beds. Very well looked after and loved caravan. If the weather had been a little better, we would have really enjoyed the gazebo outside. There didn't seem to be anything that hadn't been thought of, right down to the buckets and spades.

Nothing, really. It was an older van, but it was so well maintained.

Lovely caravan , well stocked clean and comfortable beds and sofa, shower room quite spacious , eating area outside which we didn’t use due to weather , situated in Hemsby which has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Communication with owners was brilliant

Great location, just a short walk from the beach and main road in Hemsby. Where the caravan is situated is lovely and quiet though. The caravan itself is equipped with everything you need for a great time.

Caravan was a little difficult to find at 1st.

The caravan was spotless and the smell was divine. Very comfortable, bed was great, shower small but brilliant. Didn't use cooking facilities but all looked good. Lovely outside area and loads of small touches. Fantastic area in brilliant location

Its a beautiful caravan, with cozy, homely atmosphere. Every corner had a serene touch happiness.

Nothing to complain, well instructed and nice done caravan. I been to many caravan, Gina has everything that you need during holiday.

The van had everything you need. It is obviously a family van and that made a nice change from the sterile environment often seen. We had a great time

There were no wine glasses and no toilet paper which were easily rectified

Very homely accommodation, near to the beach. Having access to free Wi-Fi was a bonus. Enjoyed spending time outside on the patio and gazebo for shade. . All correspondence answered by the owner.

Beautiful location. Wonderful homely feel and so relaxing. Had the best break we've had in years. Would've been a bargain at twice the price. We'll definitely be returning one day.

We stayed couple of days,it is pet friendly so it was perfect for us..had extras like toilet rolls ,teabags,coffee if needed..was lovely and quiet,would def recommend :)

Everything you needed in caravan close to the beach plenty of things to do in local area.and so quiet at night.

The shower was barely warm as was the water in the kitchen.

Perfect. Parking, wifi, comfortable and very clean. Would definitely book again.

Location was nice, quiet, close to beach. The caravan was clean and tidy, everything worked fine.

Stayed in it last year. Excellent all round hence repeat visit. Hoping to book again next year.
