Amazing breakfast - fresh waffles machines made the kids delighted. Lots of attentive staff on hand. Bedrooms are large and we had a great view out the back up Grainger Street. Comfy rooms. Close to everything, being directly opposite the station. Safe and secure, with strict security at night. Clean and tidy.

Just a little wear and tear which wouldnt take much to update - such as loose screws on fixtures and fittings, a little paint touch up. But clearly well thought out decor and furniture.

Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, a wonderful choice of food, always topped up when it was getting low, spotlessly clean and the Staff were around if needed and they were very welcoming and happy.

Everything was superb! The only comnent I have is that I don't use lifts, and the other way to get to Reception on arrival was by the Stairs, but you needed a swipe card to open the door to get to the Stairs, but you only get a swipe card once you have checked-in. Thank you.

Excellent location and cost benefit.

Security for access to rooms.You can go from the ground floor to the floors of the apartments without going through the reception that is on floor 2. very busy weekend in the evening, with teen audiences doing a lot of mess on the street, but during the week is very quiet.

The location was amazing, just across the road from the train station. We were there for a show at the arena and it was a short walk for this too. Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning too. The beds were excellent. Almost double size even though they were singles .

Breakfast good selection staff friendly.Check in and check out easily and quickly.Room clean and absolutely sufficient for two adults.We were traveling with the motorcycles and had parked them directly on the east side of the hotel.Of course, so that nobody was affected.

Very warm welcome and great customer service. Breakfast offered a good variety and decent given it was included though dining room rather functional. The bedroom was great, very clean, modern bathroom with all we needed and good sized beds. Great location

Across the road from the railway station. Less than a 10 minute walk to the arena and the city centre. Cheap snacks! Nice toiletries. Nice breakfast - self serve. Good shower.

I’m being really picky here but just a bigger mug or a teapot at breakfast.

All of the above was very good, I would have no hesitation in booking your hotel in the future.

Better signage on the ground floor entrance pointing to the lifts to access reception on the 2nd floor.

The cleaner must have lost the hoover as all the carpets were scruffy. No complimentary water, at over £100 you would expect that.
