Kabin In The Woods

What an exceptional host and stay we had! The cleanliness was outstanding, the little details of the welcome hamper were such a lovely touch. I can’t thank the host enough and especially when I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the banners and thoughtfulness with no ask was outstanding. My dogs also included in the hamper and even left a tennis ball which they loved. We will most certainly be back and a great recommendation from my own sister who also stayed last year and had the same attention to detail. 10/10!! Also the front deck was fantastic, Welsh weather didn’t affect my dogs playing or our morning coffee outside.

Absolutely zero!! Perfect stay!

Lovely lady. Arrived with a bottle Of Cava and a little Hamper and snacks and breakfast. Very clean and stocked with all you need to cook and clean when needed. Easy to get to and not far from main amenities.

Technically 4 people can stay. We had myself, wife and 2 kids at age 5,15. Was too small For us. It really is a 2 person place. The main bed is too small for 2 adults. The pull out sofa bed is big enough for 2 adults but it’s so squeaky it’s wakes everyone up. It also has a dip in the middle so you both keep falling into the middle.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They left us some snacks and drinks which was very thoughtful and even have back up toiletries, dog bowls, poo bags and other amenities incase you forgot anything. It’s these little touches which made us love this place even more. Was lovely for the dog as nice walks around and he was able to freely roam in the enclosed garden. The hot tub was obviously a welcome touch too. We will definitely be back.

The Kabin is spotless and has everything you can think off. So many personal touches to make it feel like home from home. Even greeted with a lovely basket full of goodies, for us and our dog Bruno. Location wise was amazing, near shops/restaurants but also lovely treks nearby. The nature reserve is worth a walk. We will definitely be back! Host is so welcoming and lovely also. Definitely recommend. X

Nothing- perfect!

Host was very generous with what she left for us (bottle of bubbly, bread, welsh butter, lots of fruit and Easter eggs) There were also lots of little touches that made us feel special and welcomed.

going next door to the toilet, I guess this would only have been a problem if it was cold, but it wasn't so it wasn't a problem and the bathroom itself was beautiful. Host again had thought of everything.

A fantastic cabin, with great access to local walks and driving distance to longer hikes. The host had thought of every little detail to go the extra mile for a comfortable visit, with a brilliant welcome box of essentials and luxuries through to plenty of towels / gowns which were great for using the hot tub. There was even an emergency toothbrush and toothpaste - a nice touch!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended. Beautiful location, lovely owners and the cabin was spotless. I stayed with my partner, son and dog and we all had such a fab time. We didn't want to leave. So cosy and had everything you needed and more. We loved the hot tub and the view. We will definitely be coming back to stay ?

Everything is caterer for you don't need a thing The hosts have thought of everything Very private area beautiful views The kabin is kept spotless The bedding and appliances are to a high standard So comfortable! The hosts are very accomodating anything you need you just have to ask !

What an outstanding place. Well worth the visit. Loved the host couldn't do enough. Loved the quirky cabin Loved every detail put in place to make a home from home Loved the views Loved how tranquil it is Easy to find So many luxurious touches to make the stay easy. My family now wants a hot tub ?

Door was unlocked when arrived and in the door ready for us, host is really thoughtful of everything there was milk butter bread and fruit in a basket and an Easter egg for my little girl.. the place is emaculate and the hot tub was clean and warm for when we arrived will deffo book again

Hostess with the mostess!! Fresh towels some for hot tub, some for shower, the lovely snacks for when we arrived and prosecco! Really relaxing stay, town within walking distance just about an hour slow pace, really lovely pubs and the red lion does such nice food...will return

I loved the whole stay! From the views to the little attention to detail from the owner was extremely thoughtful. The walks were lovely, loads of places to walk around there. It was secure for the dogs. It's my perfect new little place to go :)

Literally nothing not to like.

Very clean, host was lovely & we were warmly welcomed with a basket of goodies & a bottle of bubbles, which was lovely!

Liked everything, everything was exceptional, however, if I could suggest one improvement, it would be a full length mirror somewhere.

absolutely wonderful cabin, equipped with everything we needed. wonderful linen and fluffy towels. a bottle of fizz, milk and treats were a lovely touch from the owner. we’ll definitely be back.

It was very clean and had everything you could imagine there. We was grated with a little hamper, there is robes towels and all the stuff you need to stay. Would definitely recommend for a quiet weekend away really enjoyed ourselves.

Hard to know where to start! The hosts and their dogs are super friendly, and the Kabin is set in beautiful surroundings. Snug and cosy, and absolutely perfect! The hot tub was immense!

Absolutely nothing not to like!

The host, Fenella is super lovely and helpful. The kabin and the bathroom was super clean, the hot tub was amazing. My partner and I had a super weekend away. The area is quite. We will definitely go back soon :)

Perfect location, really warm welcome from host. Everything was thought about to make stay comfortable. Really close to restaurants/bars, lovely treks close by, our dog loved it too!

Hot tub amazing, nice and secluded.friendly hosts, would recommend this for any couple looking for a few days away together.
