Jan provided us with a 6 star stay!

Everything! The personal attention to detail by the owner was exceptional. He provided fresh linens each day, fresh coffee & cream, biscotti, fruit, chocolates at night with a turn down, towels on lounges by the pool. The cottage was charming with a kitchenette, dining table, living room, bedroom which opened to a private terrace and a swimming pool. Jan was extremely helpful with restaurant tips, winery suggestions, transportation ideas. The location was very central to the town…easy walking distance to restaurants and even a few wineries…the wine tram was a little over a block away. We stayed a week and wish we could have lingered longer! Blue Cobalt was truly a home away from home for us. We will be back!

Exceptional

Perfectly equipped cottage with pool for single use.Great location, just a short walk and you are in the center with its numerous restaurants and shops.Jan is a great and very attentive host who spoils his guests with small attentions such as wine for greeting, fresh fruit every day, chocolates on the night cabinet and much more.We were here for the second time and felt very comfortable again.When we are back in Franschhoek, we would be happy to come back to the Blue Cobalt Cottage.

Amazingly wow beautiful fun homey home stay ?

Everything!!!! Jan was amazing, they are such great & informative people! The accommodation was clean, beautiful, with amazing little touches, fresh fruit, chocolate, coffee, we have stayed all over the world. But Jan's hospitality, attention to detail and place tops our list for sure! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
